Plain Congee - Kanji or Kanjam in India. Boil rice and meat until it becomes porridge. :-) Tasty!


Slightly sweet in taste this looks like a Dosai but is not.

Dip in the spicy sauce and eat away. Hygenic? Don't think so...the logic is - all bacteria will perish at the high temperature of frying oil...
