Wang Jia Sha, the Master of Shanghai Dim Sum. This restaurant is on the floor above Broadway at City Plaza, Tai Koo.

Called "Joe Lai Go", this sweet dish is a secret recipe and cannot be found anywhere in HK (says RL). The Xiao Long Bao was a bit less juicy. Reasonably priced dishes with great taste. We also had Mount Tao and vegetables. A must go there again place.
